Parents

Students have many options to attain a high school diploma and even college degree in CCISD. The school district has five comprehensive high schools and two alternative high schools. Students can also earn credit online, in the evenings and at a local college or university. CCISD is home to a nationally-recognized Early College High School where students simultaneously earn a high school diploma and college degree in four years. Clear View High School is a unique campus for students who excel best in a small learning environment. At each of the district's five comprehensive high schools, there is a wealth of coursework and career specialty programs to help students discover their unique talents. To view all the course offerings, read the Education Planning Guide.

Advanced placement and Pre-advanced placement syllabus samples are now available. These documents will give you an idea of the type of course work and rigor involved in an advanced placement course.
