JROTC

Our mission statement is "to motivate young people to become better citizens." This program helps prepare students for the next step after high school, whether that be college or the work force. It gives students the chance to gain and strengthen leadership capabilities and confidence. Throughout the year, students will be learning how to command squads and platoons and will also learn a variety of other useful information such as: first aid, etiquette, how to handle finances and taxes, and how to get accurate research on different colleges and jobs. It is not to force students to join the military.
