Verification of Enrollment

Verification of Enrollment eligibility is based on:

  1. The previous semester's attendance and course credits. Students must have earned all credits for the previous academic semester by both passing the courses and maintaining a minimum 90% daily attendance rate. Students who owe attendance recovery hours are not eligible for a VOE for DPS purposes. 
  2. Proof of Residency validation. Students must have a current and valid Proof of Residency on file with CLHS for the CURRENT school year. CLHS will not issue a POR for a student on a Deficiency Notification for missing enrollment documentation. 

* Students enrolled at another school during the previous academic semester are not eligible for a CLHS Verification of Enrollment for DPS purposes. Students must successfully complete a full semester before CLHS can issue a VOE. 

Drivers Permits & Licenses

During the Summer

VOEs are not issued by the campus during the summer. TX DPS allows students to bring their end-of-year report card as proof of enrollment for the previous school semester. Be mindful that the DPS will not issue permits or licenses if your absence count is too high and your daily attendance was less than 90%.

Beginning August 13th

Please fill out the form below to request a Verification of Enrollment. To expedite your request, please make sure you have submitted a Proof of Residency for the current school year and that you do not owe any credit appeals hours. There is a minimum 24-hour turnaround time for all VOE requests. Once processed, it will be sent to your school email.

For non-DPS needs

All non-DPS requests (SSI, child support, taxes, court, etc.) must be processed through the campus Registrars Office. Please submit your request to CLHSregistrar@ccisd.net.
